Chair Stretch

Chair Stretch is seated stretching exercise workout. There are times the body wants to stretch a little and relax.  Not on the body, but soul and spirit too.  The moves in this stretching exercise are gentle and will not over stretch your muscles.  The short moments of reflections and meditation go hand and hand with stretching.  You have to relax the mind but at the same time be willing to let it be stretch and expanded.
