Dumbbell Muscle Strength & Tone is a full body resistance exercise workout. There are exercises for the upper body which consist of the shoulders, chest, back, biceps and triceps. You will need a pair of lite dumbbells between 2 and 10 pounds or heavier if you can handle the weight. The entire workout last 50 minutes.
