Returns & Refunds

All sales are final. We only accept returns or offer replacements for items that arrive defective or damaged. If you received a defective item, please contact us at paul@pauleugene.com within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
